We’re very sorry to hear about your son and completely understand how upsetting this situation must have been. While we genuinely sympathise with your circumstances, we’re required to follow the terms and conditions set by our suppliers. As stated at the time of booking, these tickets could only be cancelled up to 10 days before the event. Unfortunately, our supplier was unable to cancel or refund the ticket outside of this timeframe, regardless of the reason. We understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry for the disappointment caused.
