Regarding the 14-day tickets, they are usually a more cost-effective option and provide benefits that the 10-day tickets do not, such as Memory Maker, Park Hopper, water park access, and other perks. Concerning park hours and access, unfortunately, we have no control over these. As stated in our Terms and Conditions: “Parks, attractions, entertainment or specific benefits may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and liability.” Regarding the Christmas Party tickets, our agent likely did not offer them because they sold out very early this year. It is important to note that the parks tend to be significantly busier at the end of the year and during special seasonal events, but we hope you were able to enjoy your visit in some way.
