How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The price is slightly cheaper than official website but when I try to call get a popular restaurant table book from you there is no availability .on the hand my friend booked through the office...

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the disappointment. We would like to clarify that the availability we offer is fed directly from Disneyland, so we have the same availability as the official website. Disneyland restaurants are extremely popular, and table availability can change very quickly. We’re really sorry we weren’t able to help with the booking this time. If there’s anything else we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We hope you have a wonderful visit!
