While we truly sympathise and always want to help where possible, we’d like to clarify that our ticket amendment and refund policy—outlined at the time of purchase—states that tickets can only be amended or cancelled more than 72 hours before the selected date, in line with Disneyland’s terms and conditions. Unfortunately, regardless of the reason, Disneyland does not refund tickets once they have been issued. If you require any additional documentation to support an insurance claim, please let us know and we’ll do our best to assist. We sincerely apologise that this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for.
