Just a shame that the pool was closed and we were not informed of this at the time of booking, we were told that you were not aware of the refurbishment taking place until later not sure that this...

Fantastic to have Hagrids ride included in the pass.

Harry Potter theming is simply amazing.

Didn’t go Not open… too cold!

Great atmosphere, nice bars & shops

Great park. Love the music & feel of it. Its nice to just walk around even if you don't go on any attractions. Hogsmeade area is amazing.

Gatorland was amazing....we weren't expecting to see quite so many alligators! Its well laid out, with plenty of space. The 2 guys doing the specialist reptile show were hilarious. A great afternoon...
