While we sympathise with your situation and always want to help, it’s important to note that our ticket amendment and refund policy—outlined at the time of purchase—specifies that tickets can only be amended or cancelled more than 72 hours before the selected date, in accordance with Disneyland’s terms. Unfortunately, regardless of the reason, Disneyland does not refund us for tickets once issued.
