How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Barrie Chiverton said about AttractionTickets.com:

Generally easy to book system, but sales or Black Friday prices should be transferrable, rather than having to cancel a purchase to re-purchase at cheaper rate.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry if our terms and conditions caused any disappointment. Once a booking has been confirmed, in order to benefit from new promotional rates, the existing tickets would need to be cancelled and rebooked to access the updated pricing. We really appreciate your understanding and support.
