Process was smooth from start to finish. No issue with tickets throughout our 14 day stay. (6 adults).

Lovely water park in general fun for all the family and all ages. Only issue is a lot of leaves in lazy river. They do have some areas with staff in cleaning up with a net to keep as low as possible!

Love this water park so clean and themed. Really spacious and helpful staff. General leaves in the lazy river but people always cleaning.

One of the best places to visit so much variety and things to do. Many good food and drinks locations as well as a more relaxed vibe. Some brilliant rides and caters to all guests.

A must do! So clean and always full of staff. In August queue times was not high. Staff helpful, plenty of food to enjoy and drinks. Fireworks and shows fantastic.

Star Wars land is a must! Rides are brilliant for the thrill seekers and themed for the little ones, fun for the whole family!

At the moment with renovations it’s a lot less to do. Less crowded throughout. Themeing lovely as well as food. Less to do than other parks at current though.

Aquatica is a great water plenty rides for all ages and plenty sunloungers around the park. park tickets give you free parking and unlimited visits and the all day dining is great value

Great family water park busy if you don’t get there early , we found more choice for smaller children at the other park but still had fun

Lovely park with great theme not a lot ride wise but caught a couple shows overall a nice park

Our favourite water park more choice of slides for families and smaller kids , met stitch and enjoyed the lazy river which is huge, worth a visit but check weather as lightning cut our day very short

Magical, great parades great rides, lovely cast went several times , check weather as it’s a long wet affair back to vats and taxis via boat as we learned

Surprisingly loved this park not many rides etc but layout theme and nighttime show brought us back several times. Test track, and ratatouille were fantastic.

Got my Universal 14 day and Halloween Horror Nights tickets from Attraction tickets for a great price. They were sent to me via email and they were easy to add to my Universal app! No issues at all...

Its a beautiful park but so many ride closures due to technical issues meant huge lines on other rides.

Worth the money if only attending for the 1 night
