Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good but could do better.

YPO are very good and their prices are on the whole very competitive. There is however, one thing that I would say they are not good at and that is looking at the messages that you can leave when...

In relation to the delivery confirmation, this is a generic message which goes out depending when the order was received, but as a general rule, we don't deliver to Primary Schools during the holidays, unless you inform us that your are open.
