We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Tghank you. I do have issues with your wishlist system which does not operate properly. I've indicated the items from my wishlist I want to order and clicked add to basket and nothing happens. After several tries it adds the entire list, not just the ones wanted, I then have to go through to delete everything not wanted that particular time. Suggestions ?
