We do try to notify you of the out of stock items at the point the order is placed and dispatch these items out as soon as they are available. We do ask that any missing items be reported to us within 7 working days but if it is reported any time after this we will always look to assist and find out where the missing goods are. If they have been misplaced by our courier we will be happy to arrange for replacements to be sent out for you.
