Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thanks for your feedback. Brilliant shampoo was specifically designed to eradicate the yellow and so the more you do persist the better your results will be. I can also recommend Intense Lustre Mask to compliment Brilliant as it is the brightening conditioning treatment that is fantastic at helping banish those final yellowy hues. Hope this helps.
