Thanks for leaving us some feedback. It's fantastic to hear that you are enjoying the quality of the products and the positive impact they are having on your hair. In regards to the Intense Lustre Mask query, the tub is larger than the quantity inside and so we can understand you thinking it is 3/4 full- they all are. We are looking at revising the packaging, but we can confirm that all products shipped are unopened. We advise ordering from our US suppliers Skinstore or Skincare RX to save your shipment costs.
