Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good esrvice

Delivered on time and quickly. Each product came individually wrapped in tissue which was pretty but a waste. It is not necessary to wrap plastic tubes in tissue. Just more rubbish to throw away.

Hi Rita,

Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback. Apologies that you have not received your order yet, it has been 8 working days and the allowance to the US is 7-10. Once it leaves our HQ it is int he hands of the postal service and so it makes it slightly out of our control.
