Thanks for leaving us some feedback and we were happy to help with your query. As we said in the email we don't believe it is due to our Brilliant shampoo as it impossible for it to make it anything but brighter and lighter due to its ingredients and formulation. However, as we say to everyone reduce the more external factors that increase yellow and dulling in grey and hopefully this will help.
