Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We do have two shampoo's, the one you ordered is Glorious Shampoo which is our everyday shampoo, while the shampoo you received as a sample would have been Brilliant Shampoo, our purple shampoo designed to brighten white and grey tones and remove any brassy tones that you are experiencing.
