Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

We do have two shampoo's, and it sounds like you have purchased Brilliant Shampoo which is our purple shampoo.

Our other shampoo, Glorious Shampoo, is an everyday shine-giving cleanse. It is a lovely creamy white colour and isn't purple.

If you believe that you have ordered Brilliant Shampoo instead of Glorious Shampoo, please do get in contact with customercare@whitehothair.co.uk

Best wishes,

Ellen

What Trusted Customer said about White Hot:

Good products for white/grey hair

Products arrived promptly, I was using an oil on my hair anyway but particularly like the lifeshine oil and the whooshing creme leaves my hair feeling very soft as grey hair can be wiry.

What Trusted Customer said about White Hot:

Beautiful but not for me I’m afraid.

Prompt service. Beautifully packaged and smelt glorious. Unfortunately the products weren’t any use for my hair. I found my hair looked lank after use.
