So so

Was good at the start and the end but awful when updating and letting me know about replies from companies. I had to constantly ring for updates. quick enough ringing me at the end to get the money...

Good service, great results

Good customer service , very happy with results. On the down side too many phone calls at work and when weekend callback arranged this was not followed up on 2 occasions, also too much paperwork sent.
