Extremely poor customer service provided whenever you try to call Sykes.
I did not like the automatic telephone answer service that makes you wait until the end before allowing you to select an option.Whenever I tried to call Sykes there was always a very long wait time...

Excellent property, easy to book.
The booking was easy. The property matched the description, nothing of importance easy misuse doubt. The property itself was superb and the owner friendly and helpful.
