Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read you feel you have had a bad experience in terms of interaction with your tutor. Our tutors provide feedback on all completed assignments and are available for assistance by phone between Monday and Friday, 9am to 5pm UTC, and by email. We encourage all students to contact their tutor if they ever need assistance or support with their coursework.
As for your diploma, we have checked your account and the certifications team sent your diploma on the 29th of July to the address you provided. As you live abroad, we ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your diploma by 9th September, please contact the certifications team directly at certification@stonebridge.uk.com. Be sure to use the @stonebridge.uk.com extension rather than @stonebridge.co.uk. These are often confused and we don’t receive emails to the latter.
