Your training was booked with the Carlton Institute and as Carlton received payment for this, all enquires must be directed to their administrators. However the VTCT, the awarding body were due to issue your qualification after completion of the practical training, have requested all students contact them via the following email address: customersupport@vtct.org.uk They are currently speaking to all students regarding ways for each individual to complete their training.
