We were sorry to hear that you did not receive a reply to all of your emails, however we do respond to all email which we receive. The completion of your study in 7 months for 20 assignments is a good average timescale for this course and final exam. Regarding the location of the college – the Bude offices are one part of Stonebridge Associated Colleges, although many tutors are based there, as well as our Foot Health training clinic. All students are welcome to visit these offices should they wish to do so.

It shouldn't be up to students to tell Stonebridge what is out of date on their courses. The courses should be supporting students to gain knowledge, looking at other feedback, it really doesn't seem that 'every effort is made to ensure [the] material is updated regularly' across the range of subjects offered. Offering incorrect or out of date information is damaging to students who undertake the learning with a view to gaining information and understanding of the subject. A less experienced student may not understand, for example, the impact of the change in government policy which renders materials obsolete.
