Booking experience very easy

Booking was very easy- dealt with by telephone. Call answered promptly and all queries answered professionally. (We dont go on holiday until May)

Payment difficult

Had to give up on the website due to payment difficulties but the lady at the call-centre was brilliant and sorted things out. The problem started when we tried to use my partner's card to pay and...
