Thank you for your feedback regarding the recent payment on your booking. I am aware that you paid extra to have the bank transfer occur on the same day and I apologise that we couldn’t confirm we had received this yesterday. I agree it wasn't an inspiring start for your first experience with Sovereign Holidays but please be assured that this isn't our usual service level and I will be acting on your feedback.

Alex and I have been liaising with our credit control team to ensure we had a response for you this morning and I know Alex and yourself have been in contact to confirm the monies have been received. Due to the inconvenience caused we will be refunding you the extra transfer fee that you paid your bank yesterday.
