How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are very happy to read your initial comments, regretfully vouchers can only be redeemed over the telephone but this process is a speedy one so it's disappointing to hear if this wasn't the case for you.

The Girls

The Girls was both a moving and funny musical which hit every emotion! It was brilliantly written with fantastic songs and a brilliant cast. I would thoroughly recommend it.
