How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Kids week debacle

Kids week website was a nightmare despite me being ready and waiting from 9.45-11.45 and sitting in queues on the phone only to be disconnected repeatedly!

Find out where you will be sitting

The service for buying the tickets were great - but we couldnt see where we were going to be sat. When we arrived the seat wasent the best considering we had children

Hi Jane,

Wherever possible we try to offer seating plans so you can see exactly where your seating is but if this isn't possible you can find seating plans via the theatre's website.
