How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Process of purchasing was fairly easy. Did not like not having the option to select our own tickets from those available rather than just being given them.

Hi,

Where possible we offer a select your own seat facility as we found that this was preferable from customer feedback we had received previously.
