Hi,
Please be aware our terms and conditions are fully readable prior to purchase as well as the cancellation protection terms whereby refunds are available.
For this concert, the terms and conditions are set by the event organisers themselves to ensure tickets are being purchased by fans exclusively.
We are very disappointed to hear you won't be making use of our services in the future.
Best regards,

The Seetickets response above confirms that all they say is "it is our conditions". Avoiding entirely addressing the issue that their conditions are extremely restrictive, self serving, unfair and bring the profession into disrepute.

An interesting visit to the Royal Mews
The visit was interesting. The only thing that was missing was numbers to coordinate the audio with the view.
