How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Good service

Booked online and was told to bring email to box office on the day to collect tickets.Which we did and the tickets were there. All fine. Annoyed to see seats in the same block but nearer the front...

Hello,

Thanks for posting your feedback with us firstly. Please note though if there are multiple bands of tickets available, these are in specific areas so you are then automatically allocated the best current seating in said band at point of purchase.

What Trusted Customer said about See Tickets:

It was ok, but not great.

It was a pleasure seeing Chevy Chase, but the sound issues, the host, the cold venue made me wonder if it was worth £30 per person. It was not.
