How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Trusted Customer said about See Tickets:

Efficient and helpful but a few changes would help make it better

They were very efficient when emailing and helpful to amend my booking however it would have been more helpful to have more tickets together as I had 2-4 tickets in groups around the upper circle and...

Hello,

Please note our groups agent would have endeavoured to allocate the party as close together as possible but we apologise for any stress caused in collecting and distributing the tickets at the theatre. The single ticket was linked to a different reference but again we're disappointed to hear if this caused any additional delay.

What Trusted Customer said about See Tickets:

I bought tickets as soon as they were out... best seats available apparently... in row L. My friend booked via another means several days later got row A. Plus a few good seats available in front of...

Hello,

Please note all seating is allocated on a best available basis at time of purchase so the seating you opted for would have been the best available at the price bracket when you booked.

There is a plethora of ticket and price options available depending on the seating section but we are disappointed to read your feedback.
