Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with seats that you received. The offer you purchased was 2 x top price seats which were reduced in price and would be available for you to collect at the theatre. Your allocation would not have been confirmed to you at the time of booking. Did you mention to any of the theatre staff on the night that you were unhappy with your seats?
