Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are very sorry and concerned reading your feedback. The maximum quantity of tickets per order is eight, so you would have been able to purchase more than two at a time. If the system was only allowing you to select two tickets this would have meant that only blocks of two seats were available. Confirmation emails are automatically generated and sent to the email address supplied to us at the point of purchase.
