How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

The big failing with See Tickets is that you can't choose your seat. What I think of as best seats is not always the same as See Tickets, which is why I don't use them more often

Thank you for your feedback regarding our online booking system. Regrettably this is something that we cannot facilitate at the moment due to the sheer amount of venues that we sell tickets for however this is something that we may be looking to introduce to our online booking system in the future. In the mean time, you can call our 24/7 call centre where specific seats can be booked. Kind Regards See Tickets Customer Services
