Finding tickets on the website is sometimes an issue.. and when there is a popular show/concert it is next to impossible to get a ticket using the website or the phone sometimes.

We do have one of the best ticketing systems available to cope with high demand (e.g. 50 transactions per second during the latest Glastonbury on sale) however it is sometimes simply a case of 'supply outweighs demand'.
Regrettably we have no control over volumes of web traffic or how popular an event turns out to be.
