The email updates are invaluable for when concerts are on sale, especially for those such as Kate Bush which are going to sell out rapidly. As for brownie points, perhaps harder to quantify but certainly invaluable ;)

E-tickets or print at home tickets are very convenient as they can be printed out immediately post booking rather than having to wait for physical tickets. We are continually looking for ways to improve our service so paperless tickets are something we are looking into offering in the near future. Thanks again for your feedback.
