it was already investigated. I called See Tickets at the time and they fobbed me off, said they didnt know what Master Pass was and were quite honestly rude. This call went on for around 20 mins. They made me call Master Pass who too said they could see the offer displayed when clicking through to buy tickets - I spent about 30 mins on the phone to this person.
They said I needed to call See Tickets again as it wasn't down to them. By the time that See Tickets investigated, the offer and mysteriously disappeared and nothing could be done. This involved emails and further phone calls.
It has wasted a lot of my time faffing about and has been really frustrating that in the end I didn't even get the offer or any form of compensation for the issue aside from a 'helping hand' in getting tickets in the future - which is a lovely offer, however I am not a frequent ticket buyer so this isn't a great deal of use to me and quite honestly this has put me off buying from See Tickets.
