We are very sorry to hear you had any issue in collecting the tickets first of all. We have liaised with the theatre for clarification who have advised that you did not have a reference number, note of your seating or confirm whom the booking was with which is why they sought clarification of the booking and the reference number. For future reference we would always advise to bring the reference number, purchasing card or photo id in order to collect tickets.

Although all transactions are neither refundable nor transferable in line with our terms and conditions, where possible we are happy to offer an exchange if this is conceivable and there is availability. After the event date has passed we regret this is no longer possible though. Can you clarify where and how you contacted us as there is no logging of either an email or telephone notes linked to your order?
