Glad to hear the process was a relatively easy one and you were happy with our service provided firstly and you thoroughly enjoyed the show itself.
We are however very sorry to hear of your daughter's fall so please pass on our best wishes. As to people standing up during the performance, this is certainly regrettable and when people are disregarding calls to remain seated, this can be problematic though staff on site do their best to ensure this is kept to a minimum.
