Where possible we try to accommodate any reasonable exchange request but this is not always an option. Our terms and conditions are very clear in stating that all transactions are neither refundable nor transferable.

We are very sorry to hear of any issue or inconvenience caused firstly on arrival and will certainly pass on your feedback to the theatre directly for comment. Did you address your concerns with staff on site as they would have attempted to accommodate you to alternate seating, had there been any more convenient seating available?
In terms of the seating being allocated though, we would point out that you are advised prior to purchase of the fact the tickets are allocated; "Please note Circle seats are not suited for those with mobility and access requirements" before proceeding with the transaction.
