Thanks for the feedback firstly. We are however sorry to hear if you have been in any way disappointed with the allocated seating though. As all seating is allocated in advance of the show (and confirmed before purchasing) the quality of said seating is reflected by the cost of the tickets. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation. Unfortunately due to a cast member being taken ill, this meant the show simply could not go on. We do hope you are able to catch the show at a later date under more favourable circumstances.
