How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Trusted Customer said about See Tickets:

Theatre booking

Website is easy to use, it is a shame when tickets are allocated that there isn't a link to the seating plan in the theatre so you can easily see where they are.

Hi Fiona,

Where possible we try to offer a seating plan for every show and or performance but if we don't, seating plans are generally very easy to find.
