We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Tickets seats

Selection tickets should appear on seating plan or allow to select our own seats of the show. As I had to flip back & forth to see where am I sitting according to the tickets given.

Your answer doesn't reply to my question. I am saying ... Ticket area & seat number were offered but I cannot tell where those seating are. Which I had to go to seating plan and then go back to my offered seats tickets in order for me to decide if those seats were appropriate to purchase , also when I do release it... Which I want different seating , the computer offer the same seats again.

Hi Manh,

If you are unable to select specific seats then the system automatically defaults to the best available. If booking online this will offer the best available but if you didnt want said seats, you can call our team and they can offer you a range of what is currently available.
