Please know that Sandals prides itself on delivering exceptional, first-class service across the board. All of our employees are trained to treat our guests like royalty so it is quite upsetting to read that your experience fell below our usual standards. It was most disappointing to note your comments on the service received as we hold each property to the same high standards that you are familiar with from your previous experience with us. At Sandals, we are committed to providing the highest standards of quality and service at all times and we apologize if our dedication was not more apparent during your stay. The staff at the Grande Antigua have been the highlight of many reviews, which leaves us quite saddened that your experience was not indicative of the norm.
