We removed paypal as we changed our gateway provider. System issues are very rare and the booking fees cover our cost of the transaction. We used to include this fee in the booking but customers asked to be able to see all of the costs, we do not hide anything. The reason you have to pay in advance is so we are able to manage our classes and waiting lists effectively. Due to the popularity of our classes we would be unable to do "pay and play". "Banter" is not so easy with the younger age group, in some cases children may have just learnt how to talk and communicate. Coaches seem to have that spot on so glad to hear you are enjoying the class.
