Good journey staff helpful as always. Sailing on time . Pity no discount for frequent users.

Although quite pricey for residents to get off the island it's cheaper than wight link. But all in all a pleasent trip.

Booked on the 7.30 ferry from east cowes on wednesday 25 th ferry late as delayed( hope all ok) was sat waiting for the next at 8.30 the rude stafe stared loading the last to araive first leaving...

The trip was smooth and well organised. The trip was roughly 55mins long. Food a bit over priced and a bit of queue.

The crossing both ways was calm and relaxed. Nice food On board, good choice and popping HOT. The ferry car tickets are expensive, but we had ferry discounts with The Waverley Caravan Park.

Service was reduced due to ongoing maintenance so had to wait over an hour for our ferry.
