Customer selected the "3 to 5 Day" service, we sent it on a Next Day service, but the courier (UPS) took 8 days to deliver it. And the first we know of the delay is when the customer leaves negative feedback - not fair, if the customer had contacted us, we would have got straight onto UPS to see what was going on.
