As you know, to avoid credit card fraud, card providers prefer that orders are delivered to the address where the card is registered. However, you can specify when you order that the order should be delivered to a neighbour in your absence. Alternatively, you could pay by bank transfer and then we can deliver the order to a work address. With regards to the parcel in question, you do not need to collect from the depot. Using the card, you can arrange for the Royal Mail to redeliver your parcel at a more convenient time or to have it left with a neighbour. Kind regards, Katy Cartmell Quicktest
