Hi, we're glad you enjoyed using the AirPortr service and we are sorry you found the pricing misleading. We highlight in our communications that the AirPortr service starts at £15 for luggage deliveries to and from locations near the airport, it's £25 to/from Central London and £35 to/from Greater London. Each additional bag is just £5 regardless of weight or size. If you want to check how much it's going to cost before you book, you are able to enter your postcode into our pricing map on our airport pages in order to clearly find out your pricing zone.
