We pride ourselves on our flexibility, allowing customers to amend or cancel up to two hours before the booking is due to take place, totally free of charge. We have looked into your booking and it appears you had mistakenly booked for the previous day so it was no longer possible for you to cancel. Sorry that you were not able to use our Luggage Freedom for your trip but we hope to welcome you in the future.

There is zero chance I will use your service again. Not only that, but i will make sure my colleagues do not use it as well. You charged me full price for a service you did not provide. Granted it was my mistake but i tried to change days that evening after i realized my error and you would not allow it. That is not the way you treat your customer so i am now an unsatisfied former customer.
