Time keeping & communication

Very bad time keeping in delivering bags and also not a good communication. Since the way it was communicated sounds like they will pick the bags from the arrivals belt and then deliver to the house...

Apologies for any misunderstanding, we cannot pick up from the arrivals belt as passengers must take their own luggage through customs. We do however have a service called Carousel Collection which is exclusive to domestic British Airways flights into London City Airport so perhaps that is where the confusion lay. Also our most sincere apologies for the delay.
